I mulched and weed-wacked under the grapes this weekend, continuing my policy of zero tolerance for problem flora.

Jeffrey and I even mulched his tomato patch, which is doing a lot better than my tomato patch, as you can see from the photos.

In fact my patch isn't even really a patch yet, it's just some nubbins.

This is shaping up to be a good long season for tomatoes, though. Lots of sun. I mean lots of sun. Like prune the dogwood in your thong bikini sun.

Thank goodness Tony is helping us all get ready for swimsuit weather by breaking out the Richard Simmons Food Mover. We used to do the Deal-A-Meal cards, but the Food Mover is so much more convenient, and it comes with all these great recipes.

I still have two carbohydrate windows left! Hooray! Looks like I'll be having an extra slice of kashi loaf with my tofu scramble!
