No mulching this weekend. Too much rain.
We all stayed inside playing Monopoly.
I kicked ass!!! For the first time in my life, I had all four railroads, both utilities, Boardwalk, Park Place, all the green properties with multiple houses. And hotels! Hotels I tell you! on Mediterranean and Baltic.
Tony and Jeff went down like a couple of pimpernel seedlings under two feet of cedar chips.
That was about my only accomplishment this weekend. Oh, except I managed to get the acorn squash planted on a tidy, highly symetrical little mound, just the way they show you how to do it on "Crockett's Victory Garden."
But the tomatoes look like something you'd see growing on the exercise yard in Stalag 13. I really need to dress those up with some twirly daisies or a gnome or something.
