Well, it's just about that time again, huh? Time for the big kurttrue.com 2007 photo retrospective.
We stuck pretty close to home this year. We kind of had to on account of the whole adoption process kept us a little too preoccupied to be heading off to the exotic locales that have become such an important feature to loyal kurttrue.com readers.
Yeah. So no Bluebell Ice Cream Plant this year, folks. No Half Dome. No World's Largest Dollar Store. No Liberace Museum.
But we had some great times here in El Cerrito. I invented the yamdamdoodle. It's kind of a yam/oatmeal muffin sort of a thing. I tried to make a lemon meringue pie. Ummm... well I guess that one didn't turn out so well. I didn't know you had to set it at room temperature. Grew some heirloom tomatoes.
Oh, hey. And we went to the Children's Museum in Carson City. The kid loved it. Can't show you any pictures. Not allowed to post pictures of the kid until the adoption is final.
Ummm... it snowed on our car! That's something, huh?
